Police say a former Miss New Hampshire USA is facing assault charges after performing a beautified beat-down on her boyfriend.

On Wednesday, according to authorities, 26-year-old Nicole Houde of Manchester was taken into custody after she allegedly punched, kicked, scratched and bit 33-year-old Scott Nickerson, also of Manchester.

Police say the two were arguing and Nickerson took Houde's cellphone, prompting the physical confrontation.

Nicole Houde was the 2010 Miss New Hampshire USA.

Now, I should point out that Miss New Hampshire USA and Miss Teen New Hampshire USA are distinct from Miss New Hampshire and Miss America pageants. But, who the fuck cares, right? We are more interested in a hot chick kickin’ a dude’s ass.

Florida Felon Michael Auclair Busted for Making ‘Sticky Theater Seats’ With Underage Teen

Michael Auclair of Port Charlotte must be in love. In fact, the master penman  posted the following on Facebook.

True, sometimes people just don’t understand. According to police, however, they fully understand his recent ‘falling.’ Detectives arrested the 22-year-old Auclair on two sex charges with a 15 year old girl, according to a news release from the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.

According to authorities, Auclair met his recent 15-year-old ‘flame’ at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall. The sexual encounter reportedly took place in the mall’s movie theater. Investigators took Auclair’s cell phone for evidence and discovered over 1,600 text messages between them that took place five days prior to the theater encounter, according to the release.

In addition to texts containing explicit sexual language, detectives also discovered nude photos.

Auclair is no stranger to legal woes. In fact, detectives say the convicted felon was previously booked 16 times.

He was jailed and charged with lewd sexual battery, enticement and violation of probation.

Ah, how quickly lives can change. Last year, things were going pretty well for a Houston-area teacher. The awards were adding up. First, there was that Middle School Teacher of the Year award. Next up, it was a 2011 Crystal Award for "making a difference in the lives of students."

If what police are saying is true, it seems that Paul Roberts really did make a difference in the lives of students. Roberts was taken into custody Tuesday, after school administrators contacted Stafford police over reports of inappropriate communications with students.

According to the Stafford Municipal School District, the alleged communication occurred through text messaging and social media and says at least two minor students were victimized.

Roberts is currently behind bars in the Fort Bend County Jail. His bond was set at $7,500.

The popular math teacher just started teaching at Stafford last year.

Texas Community Relations Director Calli Dretke Creates 'Community Disaster' While Driving Drunk

Montgomery County, Texas

I think most of us would agree that you should not even think about drinking and driving. Likewise, I think most of would agree that if you are going to drive drunk, you probably should stay as far away from cops as possible. For one woman in Montgomery, however, she did the exact opposite. In fact, she got a little too close for comfort.

A county sheriff's deputy was attempting to subdue another DWI suspect on Research Road at about 2 a.m Sunday. After this suspect tried to kick out one of the cruiser's rear windows, the officer called for backup, and the BAT Van was the first to arrive, followed minutes later by a second police car. The BAT van is equipped with blood alcohol testing equipment.

Authorities say that while all three vehicles had their emergency lights on, 25-year-old Calli Dretke first slammed into the BAT van, causing extensive damages, and then clipped both patrol cars. To make matters worse, an officer was standing in the drunken path. The officer tried to jump on top of his unit and avoid Dretke’s vehicle. Unfortunately, the DWI Diva was too quick and the officer received a broken leg.

Calli Dretke, at least before this incident, wouldn’t be easily pinned as a boozer. She is married to a Houston fire fighter, is active on Pinterest and serves as Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Huntsville Memorial Hospital.

Dretke has been charged with felony intoxication assault of a police officer, with bond set at $50,000.

Texas Shoplifter Michael Bradshaw Dead After Pulling a Gun in Walmart

College Station, Texas

An afternoon of shopping at the Walmart in College Station turned chaotic for shoppers last week, after what police are describing as a “shoplifting gone wrong.”

On Friday, officers with the College Station Police Department responded to the Walmart store located in the 1800 block of Brothers Boulevard for a report of shots fired. The incident, which sent late-afternoon shoppers scurrying for cover, began unfolding shortly after 4 p.m. Upon arrival officers learned that loss prevention officers had detained an alleged shoplifter and during the process shots were fired. During this altercation, the suspect received a gunshot wound to the midsection and was transported to the College Station Medical Center.

The suspect was identified as 47-year-old Michael Bradshaw, who had been released from jail just ten days earlier and has a criminal history that includes drug charges. Investigators say Bradshaw attempted to leave the store without paying for a basket full of merchandise. That’s when loss prevention personnel apprehended him and placed him in the loss prevention office.

While in the office, Bradshaw began to struggle with employees and pulled a handgun from the pocket of his pants. During the struggle, the handgun discharged, with the round striking a filing cabinet. A loss prevention officer was able to take control of Bradshaw’s gun. Bradshaw then pulled a knife and began approaching the loss prevention officer, who then fired a single, shot hitting Bradshaw in the midsection.

After being transported to the College Station Medical Center, Bradshaw later died.

McDonald's Manager Beaten With Bat, Florida Police Searching for Suspect

If you were recently at McDonald's in Lakeland (and just so happened to beat the shit out of a manager with a baseball bat during your visit), police would like to speak with you.

Police were dispatched to the McDonald's restaurant on Memorial Drive, after an employee reported a customer beating one of her managers. According to witnesses, the man became angry because of a delay in his order. The man began shouting that this happened to him the day before. Witnesses also say the man left, but returned 20 minutes later with a bat. The man was caught on surveillance cameras jumping over the counter with the bat in hand. Authorities say the man then begin beating the manager with the baseball bat.

The manager was hospitalized for his injuries. Police are searching for the suspect and have released surveillance photos in hopes of identifying the suspect.

Washington Cub Scout Leader Anthony Polubinski Jailed for Raping Boy 'Thousands' Of Times

The douchebag pictured here is a 30-year-old married man and Cub Scout leader, Anthony Polubinski. Of course, he’s been up to more than just teaching young scouts how to tie a knot. Yes, according to police, the stay-at-home dad (according to his Myspace profile) has been busy raping and photographing one of his cubbies.

Anthony Polubinski, of Oak Harbor, reportedly began raping and molesting the victim when he was between the ages of 8 and 9. Investigators say the assaults occurred "thousands of times" and pictures of the victim have since been recovered on the suspect's computer.

Police are concerned about other possible victims. Polubinski was arrested last week. On Thursday, in Island County Superior Court, Judge Vickie Churchill found that there was probable cause to hold him on suspicion of multiple counts of child molestation, child rape, possession of child pornography and intimidating a witness.

Churchill set his bail at $500,000, agreeing with the prosecutor that Polubinski is a danger to the community and likely to reoffend or run from the law.

Anthony Polubinski was a Cub Scout leader with Pack 4062 and may have had involvement in Boy Scouts pack.

Authorities are asking parents to talk with their children and immediately contact them, if there are any signs they may have been victimized by Anthony Polubinski.

Florida Hunter Mistakes Girlfriend for a Hog and Shoots!

Here’s a story I think that most guys can understand, am I right? I mean, haven’t we all been in a predicament where a woman could easily be mistaken for a big fat pig?

That is precisely what happened when Steven Egan was spending a few days hog-hunting at the Cowart Hunt Camp.

According to Flagler County Sheriff's deputies, 52-year-old Steven Egan was inside a tent on Saturday night when he said he heard a noise in the woods, thought it was the hog and fired in that direction.

Egan hit a hog alright, but he won’t be frying bacon anytime soon. As it turns out, the hog he hit happened to be his girlfriend who he brought along. Deputies say that Lisa Simmons was struck with a .30-caliber bullet in both legs. The woman was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center in serious condition. Authorities said her injuries required surgery.

No word on any charges for Egan, if any.

Oklahoma Veterinarian Thomas Wilson Gets-Off With Probation After 'Getting-Off' With Horse

An Oklahoma veterinary student who was caught on video having sex with a horse ‘gets off’ again. Thomas Wilson, 28, was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to sodomy charges in court and waiving his right to trial.

Wilson was a veterinarian-in-training at the Legacy Equine Medical and Surgical Center near Tulsa. Back in September 2009, according to court records, one of Wilson’s co-workers was watching a live video feed to check on the horses. That’s when, according to investigators, Thomas Wilson was seen penetrating a horse with his penis. Even Okies from Muskogee know that sexing a horse is illegal in Oklahoma.

The arrest affidavit indicates the co-worker immediately confronted Wilson about the sexual encounter with the horse. Wilson reportedly responded, “I’m glad you caught me. I need help.”

The Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners investigated the incident. Wilson was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of sodomy. According to the OSCN, Wilson was released after posting a $100,000 cash bond. Sodomy is punishable by up to 10 years in prison in Oklahoma.

In his graduation ceremony at Oklahoma State University, before his arrest, Wilson told attendees that he practiced, “the quality medicine and compassionate care that the OSU veterinary center taught me.”

A Day In The Life of Floridian Angela Mawhir: Gun in Pants, Drugs in Vagina

When police responded to a report that a group was using a gun to intimidate others into purchasing narcotics, they found the gun. It was in the pants of 38-year-old Angela Mawhir. They also found the narcotics. They were stuffed into her vagina.

The gun, the drugs and the vagina were in a vehicle that matched a description provided by witnesses.

It was during a pat-down search that Mawhir allegedly confessed to having the gun and drugs on her person, or shall we say "in her person."

She told officers that another suspect, Joshua Kim Bailey, put the bag of narcotics into her pants, threw the gun at her and told her to "handle it" when he noticed a patrol car following them.

In a subsequent strip search, police discovered both crack cocaine and marijuana in Mawhir’s vag purse.

She has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, as well as cocaine and marijuana possession. Mawhir’s previous run-in with the law adds an additional charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Texas Dental Workers Heather Ricks Terry and Mary Dorsey Have a Particular Oral Fetish: Gold Teeth That Is!

A couple of East Texas women have been arrested and charged with stealing gold meant for dental procedures. Rather than the gold being used for tooth fillings, cops say Heather Ricks Terry and Mary Dorsey thought the gold would better serve as a filling for their pockets. The two women developed the ‘sticky fingers’ while working at the Palmer and Ross Dental Group.

Dr. David Palmer learned about the scam from another employee and contacted police. In November, after lifting the gold from their employer, 30-year-old Heather Terry and 42-year-old Mary Dorsey attended a gold party. After approaching the buying table, the two women walked away with $3,600. Apparently, the greed continued to grow, guiding Terry and Dorsey to a similar party in December. This time around, the gold wasn’t as pure, I guess you could say. In fact, according to investigators, one piece of gold still had a bloody tooth attached to it.

Now I thought that Heather Terry looks like the type of girl who, if she ran across a penis sprinkled with Vicodin powder, would….you know…

In January, as it turns out, Terry lost her job and was charged with four counts of prescription fraud. In addition to being a thief, she’s also accused of being a Vicodin whore forging prescriptions for Vicodin.

In all, police say the two women swiped a total of $5,000 from the Palmer and Ross Dental Group. If convicted of state jail felony theft, they could spend up to two years behind bars. In the case of Heather Terry, she could be brushing those pearly whites in the combo jail commode-sink-water-fountain-unit a little longer. Don’t worry Heather, take a Vicodin and it will be over before you know it.

Arkansas Teacher Marla Sizemore Knows How to Throw a Party: Jailed After Having Sex With Multiple Students

Up until recently, the place to party for junior high and high school students was at the home of an Arkansas school teacher, Marla Sizemore. That was, until police arrested Sizemore for furnishing alcohol and having sex with three students. One of those encounters took place while her daughter was passed-out drunk in the same bed.

As many as 25 students told investigators that they had attended the parties and knew of at least three teens Sizemore had engaged in sex with.

After the encounters, Sizemore reportedly asked the students if police had contacted them. When the students said "no" Sizemore allegedly asked them "Y'all got my back, right.?"

According to investigators, Sizemore asked one of the students to wear a turtleneck to school in order to hide a hickey.

I do have to wonder about this, though. Police obtained a search warrant and confiscated Sizemore’s bed sheets as possible evidence. Doesn’t everybody wash their bed sheets? Well, it is Arkansas I guess.

Marla Sizemore was taken into custody and charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of second-degree sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

By the way, cops say Sizemore has been under the spotlight before. She was previously charged with child endangerment after a Jefferson County Deputy reportedly caught her driving a sport utility vehicle with her son riding outside on the vehicle's running board. The school fired Sizemore, who is a mother of two, once charges were filed in the case.

Well, it looks like Tran is making more headlines today. According to police, however, it’s really Tran’s sticky fingers that are gaining all the attention. Tran was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing over $20,000 from The Rose since January of last year.

Lynn Tran has been charged with felony theft. Her bail was set at $74,196 and she was released after posting bond on Saturday.

UTSA Spokesman David Gabler, The Latest To Make The 'Perp Walk' for Allegedly Molesting Young Boy

A spokesman with the University of Texas at San Antonio was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy on Friday. David Lee Gabler is the school’s associate vice president of communications.

Alamo Heights Police say they discovered 47-year-old David Gabler and the young boy in a parked vehicle at 2:15 a.m. near a local park. The officers had noticed “movement inside the vehicle” and became suspicious. While attempting to find out what the two were up to, investigators reportedly found evidence inside the car revealing that the two had engaged in sexual activity.

According to police, Gabler met the alleged victim in an online chat room. He picked up the boy at his home and drove to the nearby park. David Lee Gabler, 47, the school's associate vice president for communications

A search warrant was obtained for Gabler’s home and officers seized computers, cameras and digital media with assistance from the U.S. Secret Service. The Secret Service will conduct a forensic examination of those items.

In the meantime, Gabler was released after posting a $70,000 bond. Gabler has also been placed on leave, pending an investigation, said Christi Fish, the UTSA associate director of media relations. He has been employed by the university for 17 years.

Before joining UTSA, Gabler spent six years at Trinity University as the assistant director of public relations.

California Teacher Megan Denman Arrested for Giving New Meaning to ‘Head of the Class’

Megan Denman, a 29-year-old social sciences teacher at Hoover High School in Fresno, Calif., was arrested for allegedly performing oral sex on and sleeping with a student who was under 18 years of age.

Superintendent Michael Hanson told the station he's saddened by the allegations. He went on to say, 

"Unfortunately, we have learned of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a teacher and student in our own district. Words cannot describe my deep disappointment in this alleged breach of teacher/student relationship."

Investigators aren’t releasing many details at this point, or the victim’s age, other than confirming the student is underage. They say they believe the sexual activity took place away from the campus of Hoover High School where Denman also helped out as a cheerleading coach.

Denman has been placed on paid administrative leave by school officials while the investigation continues.

The teacher was reportedly married just 18 months ago. The school website still has her listed as Megan Park.

She was booked into the Fresno County Jail on charges of sex with a minor and oral sex with a person under the age of 18. She was released after posting $55,000 bail.

'Wife From Hell' Edith Shellow Arrested After Stabbing Husband in Groin, Beating Him With Wrench

Edith Shellow, on her Facebook Wall, wrote recently:

"A person asked me why I do not say anything or post anything about my husband on facebook. I replied: " You see love is a treasure worth protecting. A good wife is a treasure with many jewels. Some men put their treasure on display. Some flaunt it. Some take the treasure every where they go. Some lock it away so no one will see it. Some will protect with their life and love it. Some men have the treasure but do not see it". The ones that do not see it will see no value in it until they see treasure in some elses possesion." I am a treasure. One man's trash is someone elses treasure. So when he post about his wife then I will post concerning him."

If what police say is true, I think it’s safe to say her husband won’t be posting anything nice about her anytime soon. The 39-year-old Georgia woman was jailed Sunday after she allegedly stabbed her husband in the genitals with a screwdriver. Shellow didn’t stop there. She then proceeded to beat him in the head with a wrench.

Macon police say that Shellow and her husband were involved in an argument Sunday when the dispute escalated into violence. Investigators say that after things became heated, Shellow charged towards her husband with a pair of scissors. Shellow's husband reportedly grabbed the scissors and attempted to call 911.

While the husband was dialing the phone, Shellow reportedly called for her daughter to help restrain her husband while striking him in the face and head with a wrench. The husband was defending himself from the daughter, when Shellow grabbed a Phillips screwdriver and stabbed him in the groin. It goes even further.

Shellow grabbed a baseball bat, while the husband asked to be taken to a hospital, and threatened to beat him with it if he attempted to leave the room. She eventually took him to a hospital at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

Police arrested Shellow later the same day, charging her with aggravated assault/domestic violence. Her bond was set at $9,550.

Shellow's daughter was also arrested, but was not charged with a crime.

Florida Car Thief Mellisa Mansfield Caught With Her Pants Down

There are so many funny thoughts that come to mind on how to open this story. To save space, I think it’s safe to say that Mellisa Mansfield is in deep doo-doo.

I guess Florida Highway Patrol Trooper P.E. Oneyear smelled something rotten whenever he happened upon a suspicious vehicle on the side of the road.

While patrolling northbound Interstate 95 on April 7, Oneyear noticed the vehicle on an emergency shoulder with a woman squatting beside it with her pants down.

According to the incident report, the woman was defecating.

Mansfield was making poo just six miles south of I-95's St. Lucie County Rest Area, which has restrooms, picnic tables, pet exercise areas and outside night lights, among other amenities, according to the Florida Department of Transportation web site.

Trooper Oneyear stopped and asked the woman what she was doing. Stating the obvious, she indicated that she was taking going to the bathroom. The trooper asked for her license, but she said she didn't have it on her. While she did give the officer the name Mellisa Mansfield, she couldn’t provide him with an address.

It probably didn’t help the already awkward situation whenever Mansfield told the trooper, “I’m not trying to go to jail tonight.”

When asked about the vehicle parked next to the bowel contents, Mansfield said it belonged to her boyfriend, whose name she couldn’t provide. After dispatchers contacted the true owner of the vehicle, who said he had never heard of Mansfield, they realized the car was stolen. The owner said the vehicle was parked at his Key West home. He went to get something, and when he returned it was missing.

Mansfield was arrested on charges including apparently having too much fiber in her diet indecent exposure, vehicle theft and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

The records did not indicate if Mansfield at least remembered to steal toilet paper from Key West either.

Rhode Island Child Porn Sweep Nets These Douchebags

Rhode Island State Police were busy today, serving search warrants and rounding-up a number of local predators. In all, with the help of more than fifty federal, state, and local law enforcement agents, creeps from eight communities were taken into custody for child porn possession, distribution, or both.

"Child exploitation is a global problem and that's why we are going to continue to be proactive to combat that and curtail this type of activity," said Lt. Col. Raymond Studley.

Authorities say that thousands of videos and images of child pornography were found and resulted in ten arrests. The suspects range in age from a juvenile to 71-years-old. The following eight adults are charged with Possession and Transfer of Child Pornography:

45-year-old Lee Pollock of Coventry, 23-year-old Nicholas Pislowski of Johnson, 51-year-old Michael Castaldi of Warwick, 42-year-old Mark Belanger of Pawtucket, 37-year-old Tiberi Simas of Providence, 71-year-old Joseph Cifelli of Warwick, 21-year-old Nathan Dayon of Westerly and 25-year-old Luther Gorahkov of Providence.

The round-up was the culmination of an investigation by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes/Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. The suspects were arraigned Thursday in Kent County, Washington County, and Providence District Courts.

Texas Man Terry Spies Caught Using Craigslist to Find Teens for Sex

There is nothing particularly interesting about this story, but the mugshot almost makes it worth telling. Judging from the photo, I had to wonder if Terry Lynn Spies can really even see. However, police in Houston say his vision is just fine. It's even better, they say, whenever he’s browsing Craigslist looking for teens to have sex with. Terry Spies, A.K.A. “The Terr-meister” around the web, was arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor following an undercover sting operation.

A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable was apparently having a slow day on February 20. In an effort to find some crime, he began looking for predators on the website Craigslist. That’s when the investigator saw a posting by the 48-year-old Spies, which said "older guy for younger girls." The post also said, "older guy looking to chill out with a few teen girls or tween girls," investigators said. It also asked for sexy pictures.

The deputy constable responded, posing as a 14-year-old girl and the two began an online chat session. During the exchange, Spies allegedly said her age was not a problem.

The chat resumed on Feb.26 and the communication, according to police, took a more sexually-explicit tone. Spies stated "little girls are hot to me," detectives said.

The next day, Investigators say Terry Spies tried to set up a meeting for sex.

Investigators got a search warrant and went to Spies' house. They said Spies admitted that he had been chatting with the undercover profile and that he did speak sexually with her.

Laura Olson Has Room Available, After Stabbing Male Roommate Over Cleaning Habits

I recall years ago, while in college, frustrations finding the right roommate. It’s always hard to find someone who shares your same traits.

And it seems that Laura Olson has been facing the same struggle. The 29-year-old aspiring Victoria’s Secret model found a quick way to cut the clutter, so to-speak. According to police, Olson became unhappy with her new male roommate, who she had subleased a room to just a week prior, over his cleaning habits.

Olson attempted to persuade leasing personnel to remove the man. However, she was reminded that it was her responsibility, as the one who subleased the apartment, to remove the tenant in question. On her way home from the rental office, Olson picked-up a pair of scissors and stabbed the roommate in the chest. The man’s son happened to be nearby watching in disbelief.

Investigators say Olson swung the scissors at the victim. When the victim grabbed her hands to prevent being stabbed, Olson allegedly used both hands to force the scissors into the man's chest.

"He grabbed her hands and attempted to stop the thrust, but she kept pushing," stated the arrest affidavit.

Following the stabbing, the victim called 911 and was transported to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center where he was treated for a puncture wound to his upper chest.

Olson told the cops the victim had stabbed himself with a screwdriver, but investigators could not find any evidence to support her claim. It didn’t help that the police found scissors in a pond outside of the apartment.

Olson was booked into jail and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence.

Woman Gets Naked at Denver Airport After Being Told She Couldn't Smoke

Travelers at Denver International Airport received more than just a movie on a plane Tuesday, after a woman who had been asked to put out her cigarette stripped down to her birthday suit.

Denver Police Department spokesman Sonny Jackson said the woman appeared to have had "some sort of a breakdown."

Airport staffers spotted the woman smoking a cigarette in a non-smoking area of the airport's Concourse B about 8:45am local time, according to airport spokeswoman Jenny Schiavone.

Police say that after someone advised the woman of the no-smoking rule, she promptly put out the cigarette and proceeded to take an additional step of removing all of her clothes.

Airport officials report that the woman was not arrested. She was instead taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

Until last week, Ronald Oshrin had the kind of life many would envy. There was the successful career as a computer consultant, an 18-year-old daughter and a son in college, a wife who taught Jazzercise and numerous photos of various travels in the scrapbook.

It was his scrapbook and computer skills, however, that put his life on a sinking ship headed straight into a world of shit. Authorities arrested the 49-year-old Oshrin after they say he secretly videotaped young girls in his home, getting dressed, taking showers and going to the bathroom. He also allegedly distributed photos of underage girls across the Internet. According to the FBI, Oshrin victimized at least 7 girls that they know of so far. However, investigators say Ron Oshrin has been doing this for years and they believe there may be many more victims.

Late last week FBI agents swarmed the house after tracing an IP address posting photos to a child porn site. At the address, they found the home of Ron Oshrin. Police also discovered several cameras throughout the home, mostly in the bathroom and bedroom.

According to court documents, Ronald Oshrin admitted to producing child pornography, downloading and distributing child pornography on websites and installing video cameras in his home.

If convicted, Oshrin faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
