Florida Sheriff Grady Judd Reels In More Sexual Deviants, Including High School Principal

Our favorite sheriff, Grady Judd, wrapped-up August by casting another net to catch more sexual deviants, especially with the RNC underway. From August 24 through August 30, Judd and Polk County detectives conducted a vice operation targeting online prostitution.

The week-long operation yielded good results, including 89 suspects in all. Those arrested had responded to or posted online ads offering sex in exchange for money. The suspects traveled to an undercover location or arranged a meeting place in Polk County where they were met by undercover detectives and arrested. Charges included Soliciting Prostitution, Drug Charges and Battery on Law Enforcement Officer.

As always, a pretty interesting group made their way into the spotlight.

Three nude dancers, 23-year-old Courtney Lane, 23-year-old Markisha Moguel, and 23-year-old Maleka Williams traveled from Alabama specifically to bring a little chocolate pudding to the area during the Republican National Convention.

Although the operation was targeted at adults, one pedophile worked his way into the sting. 39-year-old Glen Kershaw of Orlando was charged with Traveling to Meet a Minor for Sex, Attempted Sexual Battery on a Minor Under the age of 12, Use of Computer to Entice a Guardian, and Unlawful Use of Two-Way Communication.

During the investigation Kershaw talked with an undercover detective about having sex with a child. On August 29, Kershaw traveled to Davenport to meet with whom he believed would be offering him the 11-year-old female child to engage in sexual intercourse. Kershaw was immediately arrested in the parking lot of local retail store. “Kershaw’s requests and conversation with detectives during the investigation were graphic and disturbing,” said Sheriff Grady Judd. 

But, probably the most shocking of all the sexually misguided, was a suspect later identified as identified as Cecil E. McClellan Jr. solicited a female under cover to meet for sex on August 30. He had also called and talked to two other female undercover detectives about paying money for sex. McClellan arrived at the hotel wearing a Kathleen High School football shirt with good reason. As it turns out, he’s the principal at Kathleen High School in Polk County.

Sheriff Judd summed it up this way:

"You think they'd learn by now, when you come to Polk County to violate the law, our folks are going to put you in jail, but 89 people had to learn a new lesson."
