Tell you what, for your new girlfriend’s sake, you probably want to leave town after dumping 20-year-old Vonna Connors.
According to police, that is exactly the lesson the ex-boyfriend had to learn, after Connors arrived at his new girlfriend's place. Connors began knocking around 4:00 p.m. She continued to knock, and knock, and knock some more.
The arrest affidavit from the Manatee County Sheriff’s office says that when nobody answered, Connors barged right on in.
The ex-boyfriend wasn’t there at the time, but two very scared boys were, according to deputies.
Connors asked the two boys if they had her PlayStation. When they answered ‘no,’ Connors then went into the gated backyard and kicked over a scooter, the affidavit stated.
Following the incident in the yard, police say that Connors went to her ex's mother's home and "committed domestic battery."
