In the small town of Caldwell, Texas, you probably wouldn’t want to be known as a sexual predator. But, if what police say is true, that’s exactly what has happened with one substitute teacher. In this instance, however, the “teach” is a female and pretty hot, leaving that age old debate over whether or not the male student is a victim or one lucky guy.
The substitute teacher in question is 22-year-old Jocelyn Doyle from Caldwell High School. Police arrested Doyle after she allegedly had sex with one of her students.
The Burleson County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation back in November, after officials received a report that Doyle had become involved in an improper relationship with a 17-year-old student. Aside from that narrow description of the charges, investigators will only say that the sex between the two did not occur on school property.
Doyle was a new teacher in the district, coming to Caldwell from Georgetown, Texas. She had been a substitute teacher less than 10 times, according to school superintendent Janet Cummings.
The teacher reportedly turned herself in after a warrant had been issued for her arrest in late December.
Doyle was booked into jail and charged with improper relationship between educator and student. She was released after posting $1,500 bond.
