Webster, Texas, A 73-year-old man in Webster (just south of Houston) is behind bars for making a financial arrangement with a teen boy.
According to police, a 15-year-old boy approached Theogil Cuttler and asked if there were any odd jobs he could do for extra cash.
It all started well enough, with Cuttler offering to pay the teen $15 to clean his house. So, the cleaning began.
A little while later, Theogil Cuttler thought of another way the teen could raise money. And this is where things go south, literally. You see, grandpa Cuttler wanted to perform oral sex on the boy and offered him an extra $5.00 to do so. What’s really disturbing is the fact that the teen agreed.
Police later learned of the business arrangement and have charged Cuttler with sexual assault of a child.
Cuttler is being held in the Harris County Jail with bond set at $30,000.
