On the few occasions that I have visited an Arby’s, the managers always seem so busy. Well, according to metro police in Tennessee, Todd Stasiak found a little extra time to cook up more than just fast food. The 41-year old Stasiak was arrested this week. Police have charged him with two counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation (especially? Yeah, it’s new to me too) of a minor after they say he took nude, sexually explicit photographs of a 15-year-old girl he met through the Internet.
It was a tip to Crime Stoppers that led to the investigation of Stasiak, who was sent to manage the Arby’s in Gordonsville this week. He was arrested in Gordonsville Friday afternoon. Stasiak admitted to using his cell phone to take the pictures of the girl inside his home on Stewarts Ferry Pike, police say.
During a search of Stasiak’s cell phone, detectives found other pictures of the girl and at least one other teenager, they said. Investigators have scheduled a forensic examination of Stasiak’s home computer.
Police are asking that anyone with knowledge about any inappropriate contact between Stasiak and minors to report it immediately, by contacting the Sex Crimes Unit at 615-862-7540.
