Minnesota Junior High School Teacher’s Aide Michelle Rose Chlan Has Excellent Oral Skills: Gets 90 Days in Jail for Blowing Student at Kmart

Michelle Rose Chlan, 26, is charged with three counts of blowing harder than a Hoover vacuum cleaner third-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with her alleged sexual relations with a then 16-year-old male student.

Police say they began an investigation after the boy showed cell phone video of one of his trysts with the teacher's aide to a fellow student who then reported the act to school officials.

The boy apparently met Chlan when he was student and she was supervising one of his classes. Investigators said Chlan sometimes gave the victim rides from football practice, or to his friends' houses or the mall. However, Chlan soon began to offer more than just a ride. One of the sexual encounters took place in Chlan’s car behind a Kmart store in Burnsville, and the other two cases were behind the Soccer Blast facility in Burnsville.

After initially denying any wrongdoing, Chlan admitted to performing oral sex on the boy at least three times and said she knew it was wrong.

Bail was set in the amount of $100,000 without conditions or $25,000 with conditions.
