Damn, you just can’t trust anyone these days. If you answer a Craigslist ad, you get murdered and now, you can’t even find a good baby sitter online. WTF?
One babysitter in particular, Jordan Liu, had a nice little advertisement on SitterCity. Well, take a look at it.
Hi parents, my name is Jordan. I'm a very responsible and a very nice person. I can teach and help your children with any subject on their homework. Call me anytime if you want to talk at (XXX) 274 - XXXX or e-mail me at e40ish at dot com
I can clean, cook, do laundry, help your children with their homework, and take good care of them. I have 4.0 GPA and I'm pretty smart. I am a really energetic person and a fun person.
The good news, is that the mass majority skipped over his ad. And then there is the bad news. Apparently, someone decided to give him a try. Do I even need to go further?
Following his childcare duties, police arrested the 19-year-old Liu and charged him with six felony accounts of lewd acts on a child, felony sodomy of a child under the age of ten and felony continuous sex abuse of a child. The sex acts, according to authorities, involve an 8-year-old boy and his 3-year-old brother. Jordan Liu was hired to care for them from March 1 to November 11.
Liu had told the boy not to tell or everyone would get in trouble. Police say Liu communicated with at least 100 parents through the website. His bond has been set at $2.7 million.
