I was wondering when we were going to break the cycle of child abuse stories.
And thanks to Keith Fehr, we get to focus in a different direction, which is still utterly disturbing.
The 50-year-old Illinois man was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly put on a little black dress and proceeded to expose himself to children at an area park.
Police were dispatched to the park after receiving a report of a man exposing himself.
When officers arrived, they located Fehr dressed in a black dress and exposing his genitals to park visitors. Many of those visitors were children.
Police believe alcohol may have played a role in Fehr’s behavior.
Alcohol or not, Fehr was booked into the Rock Island County Jail and charged with misdemeanor counts of sexual exploitation of a child and public indecency. His bond was set at $2,500.
