What is the world coming too, when you can’t even trust the guy that carries your balls?
I am speaking, of course, of a Houston-area caddie named Joseph (Joe) Kantz. Police arrested Kantz, 30, after an online alert led them to his Internet address. Investigators from the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said they searched his family's apartment in west Houston on Friday, and found at least 550 images of children on his laptop.
On Tuesday, Kantz was charged with charged with two counts of promotion of child pornography, two counts of possessing child pornography, and one count of improper photography. The improper photography charge was a result of another one of Katz’s hobbies. Investigators said they also found about a dozen up skirt videos on Kantz's cell phone. Investigators said he would put his phone in movie mode, put it in a shopping basket with other items, strike up a conversation with a woman and take pictures up her skirt.
Police say Kantz took the movies of unsuspecting women while shopping in the Memorial/Kirkwood area of west Houston. Investigators said those women were not aware of the recordings.
During questioning, Kantz admitted to police that his curiosity about child pornography started in college. Ironically, according to his Facebook profile, he studied at Houston Baptist University. Go figure.
Police say that many of the women captured in the upskirt videos are probably not aware they were being victimized.
In light of the charges, some of his recent Facebook comments are even more disturbing now.
