Down in Myrtle Beach, police say that 22-year-old Tiara Garness falls into the second category.
Actually, in all seriousness, Myrtle Beach has frowned upon beach thongs for the past 20-years, but Garness overlooked the opposing views and two warnings by police.
After ignoring the second warning, around 5 a.m., police arrested the High Point woman along Ocean Boulevard.
She has been charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure.
