Alabama Teacher, Wife and Mom, Anessa Ferguson Charged With Multiple Sex Crimes Involving a Child

In every picture you can find of Anessa Dawn Olive Ferguson, it appears that she loves children. And if what police in Tuscaloosa are saying is true, Ferguson has carried that love way too far.

The 37-year-old kindergarten teacher at Maxwell Elementary School in Duncanville, who is also a wife and mother of three, has been arrested on multiple sex crimes, including incest and rape.

Following a tip from a family member, police launched an investigation.

This week, a grand jury indicted her on charges of engaging in sexual intercourse, 'deviate' sexual intercourse and sexual contact by 'forcible compulsion' with a member of the opposite sex between the ages of 12 and 16.

Police took Ferguson into custody on Wednesday, July 3, according to Lt. Andy Norris with the Tuscaloosa Sheriff’s Department.

She was suspended from her job in December 2012 after the allegations were first investigated.

Norris said the incidents did not involve any students with the school system.

As one of the charges involves incest, court documents describe the act as sexual intercourse with a victim who the defendant knew to be related, either by blood, adoption or marriage.

Following her arrest, Ferguson’s bond was set at $25,000. Her arraignment hearing is scheduled for September 6.

Ferguson is reported to have relatives living in the Geneva and Enterprise area.

It’s been a good time for updates on previous stories, much like the one involving a former youth pastor and pedophile from Texas.

When we first heard the name Chad Foster, he was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl he met at church back in 2011.

As the story unfolded, investigators discovered another teen had been victimized by online solicitation.

Today, a judge sentenced Foster to five years in prison.

Before handing down the sentence, the court got the opportunity to hear from the 16-year-old victim.

The girl who Foster seduced and had sex with testified that she felt “used and cheated.” She also added that she had “lost her faith in God.”

“It’s hard to think of any child being victimized that way, but to have it done by a youth pastor at church where they’re supposed to be safe, I think, is just extra repugnant,” Lacy Johnson, assistant district attorney, said.

The victim added, “I feel like he’s a sick person,” she said. “I think he’s going to do it again if he gets probation.”

Foster wept on the stand and said he was suicidal, admitting that he told his victim he would hurt himself if she told anyone about their sexual relationship.

According to court documents, Foster met his 16-year-old victim over the summer of 2011 while working as a high school youth pastor at the Community of Faith Church on Becker Road in Cypress.

The victim told investigators that she and Foster immediately became friends, and at some point, they exchanged phone numbers. She said they would communicate regularly via text messages.

Then, in late July 2011, the victim told investigators that their relationship became sexual at Foster’s home.

The victim said she and Foster continued to have a sexual relationship through mid-October.

The victim told investigators that Foster repeatedly told her how important it was that they keep their relationship a secret, because of their age difference. She said Foster told her if anyone found out, he would be in legal trouble.

But in October of that year, the girl said she started feeling bad about her relationship with Foster, so she made outcry to her Spanish teacher and another pastor at the church. They notified the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

During the investigation, Foster sent the victim multiple texts and emails, asking her to deny their sexual relationship to anyone who might ask about it.

For his sexual assault charge, Foster was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a girl he met online while serving as a youth minister for Second Baptist Church in Cypress.

The teen told investigators she and Foster exchanged phone numbers and started sending one another texts. Their conversations eventually spread to Facebook, and then to Skype.

The girl said starting in January of 2011, Foster would expose his penis to her over Skype. She said he did this 14 or 15 times over the next five months, repeatedly telling her to delete all the logs and records of their conversations and video chats.

Records show he sent 15,000 texts to the teen between Jan. 1, 2011, and Nov. 2, 2011.

I know a lot of folks often say that they can feel something inside of them while at church. Well, for Hannah Steiner, what she felt inside her was a 13-year-old boy, according to police.

The 18-year-old woman has been accused of raping a 13-year-old boy inside a church.

Investigators say he trouble began when the two began touching each other. The young boy must have felt the holy spirit or something, because he asked Steiner to stop. Once the soul of a church woman has been stirred, however, you better look out. And that’s when the boy says that Steiner forced him into submission.

Police said the alleged rape took place after a Sunday school meeting and before the worship service at the Skyline Church of Christ in Jackson, Tennessee.

The alleged rape took place in a room at the church.

After being arrested, Steiner allegedly told police that the sex was consensual. I guess she doesn’t realize the movie “Coal Miner’s Daughter” no longer counts. Oh wait, that was Kentucky, right? Nevermind!

Steiner, from Jackson, was charged with rape and two counts of statutory rape.

She was released on $5,000 bond and a preliminary hearing was set for March 7th.

Kentucky Teacher’s Aide Christy Wilson Pleads Guilty to Raping 14-Year-Old Student

One thing is for sure, if you are looking for easy, sexy women in heat, you don’t have to look beyond America’s educational system. The stories (and the teachers) just continue to cum come.

The latest educator with a twitch down south of her neck is Christy Wilson, a 34-year-old teacher's aide at Southern Middle School. She will soon learn her fate, after recently pleading guilty to raping a 14-year-old student.

A grand jury in Pulaski County indicted Wilson on four counts of rape back in July. Unlike most of the sex scandals involving teachers, a jury will not be hearing the case after Wilson pleaded guilty to 3rd degree rape as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.

According to authorities, Wilson began a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student who attended the same school. The relationship reportedly continued for three years until the victim's family learned about the relationship and contacted Kentucky State Police.

"We think probation should not be granted," stated Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, Jeremy Bartley. "She's not eligible and second, she doesn't deserve to be on probation."

In the meantime, Wilson has been placed on house arrest and has been scheduled to appear in court for sentencing on November 16.

DNA Test Clears Oklahoma's Tommy Braden on Child Sexual Abuse Charges

Tommy Braden, a 24-year-old Oklahoma man is a free man. Back in April, police arrested Braden, saying he he raped his girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter.

According to the Creek County Sheriff's Office, Braden called 911 telling police that someone broke into his mobile home and raped his "little girl."

As it turns out, looks like deputies rushed to judgement after finding the girl covered in blood from the waist down. They also found the family dog dead of apparent stab wounds.

Police say that during an April interview with Braden, they became suspicious of his version of events. So, for the next few months, Braden was behind bars charged with sex abuse of a minor.

"Upon further investigation and everything, it became apparent to us that we didn't believe that the story (he gave) was truthful," stated Cpt. John Davis of the Creek County Sheriff's Office.

That was the official statement in April. 

Police now say the DNA results are in, clearing Tommy Braden and pointing them to a different suspect named Patrick Misner.

Sarah Boucher Likes ‘Em Young, Real Young: Jailed for Having Sex With 12-Year-Old New York Boy

For most of you males out there, I know what you are thinking. But, before you cast your vote on whether or not you’d “hit it,” you might want to read a little more.

You see, for most males, I have to be honest. You are just not the right “fit” for Sarah Boucher unless, according to police, you are around the age of 12.

Sarah Boucher, 21, was arrested on Thursday after she allegedly had sex with a 12-year-old boy.

The New York State police say they launched an investigation just last week, after Boucher had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old boy.

Aside from the arrest, investigators are not releasing any other details at this point. All they will reveal is that Boucher is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday July 10.

Boucher is currently residing at the Ulster County Jail, charged with felony rape and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Her bond has been set at $20,000.

Brandon McCloy Admits to Raping 3 Young Boys and Paying Them a Dollar for Sex

I would think that the National Guard might be a little irritated if one of their members is found to be a sexual deviant. I guess the same would hold true of a girlfriend, if she found out the same about her boyfriend. Well, that’s exactly what is unfolding in Wisconsin in the life of one boyfriend and member of the National Guard.

Brandon McCloy, 18, has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting three young boys several times. Of course, Brandon is one of those staunch believers in paying for services rendered. Investigators say McCloy admitted to offering the boys a dollar for sex.

Brandon McCloy is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Marathon County Circuit Court on charges of three counts of repeated sexual assault of a child. McCloy is being held in the Marathon County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

If convicted, McCloy faces up to 60 years in prison on each charge.

McCloy was arrested June 8 after police were called to a report of a fight and a sexual assault at a home in the 6300 block of Birch Street in Weston.

During an interview, McCloy admitted to police that he had sexual intercourse with a 9-year-old boy five or six times and also had intercourse with 6-year-old and 8-year old boys three to four times each, according to a criminal complaint. The sex occurred at McCloy’s home or the boys’ home during the past few months, he said.

Minnesota Culver’s Worker Jerry Gary Won’t Be In To Work Today: Arrested for Allegedly Raping Woman At Knifepoint

A St. Cloud man has been placed in jail in lieu of $500,000 unconditional bail after being charged with raping an acquaintance last week.

Jerry Marcus Gary, 23, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, both of which could bring minimum sentences of 12 years in prison.

Court documents report that Jerry Gary raped a woman on Wednesday in his apartment at 3700 West St. Germain Street. Investigators say during the rape, Gary choked the woman and held a butcher knife to her throat as she begged for her life.

Officers executed a search warrant at Gary’s apartment and found a butcher knife like the one the woman said that Gary had used during the assault. At the beginning of the investigation, Gary told police initially that he did not have any intimate contact with the woman and that he didn’t assault her.

However, he later admitted that he had pushed her onto the couch in his apartment living room with both hands near her neck, that he knew she was afraid and that he had placed the knife near her throat, according to the court complaint.

He also admitted that he forced the woman to perform oral sex on him after the incident with the knife, according to the complaint.

According to his Facebook profile, Gary worked at Culver's in St. Cloud.

Nashville Math Teacher Kyra Bryant Arrested for Sexually Molesting Female Student

A Nashville-area teacher has been arrested and charged for having sex with one of her female students.

Police say 29-year-old Kyra Bryant began having a sexual relationship with the 17-year-old girl last October, after the two met during one of Bryant’s classes

Investigators claim the 29-year-old math teacher and the student engaged in sex at the teen's home while her parents were at work, as well as in a classroom during school hours.

Bryant resigned from her post at Glencliff High School in Nashville, Tennessee, shortly after the police investigation began.

A grand jury has indicted Bryant on four counts of statutory rape. If convicted, she faces up to ten years in jail.
