Colleen Fellin is a girl that knows just how to “take the law into her own hands.” Well, that is when you consider the Aggravated Assault charges she is facing after grabbing a handful of cop nuts.
According to court documents, Fellin, 30, was standing in the middle of Indian School Road near 20th Avenue around 4 p.m. last Friday, throwing stuff around, blocking traffic and really just acting like a fucknut.
One passerby, a gentleman, flagged down an officer and said that Fellin had kicked his truck and damaged it
A fully uniformed Phoenix police officer went to arrest Fellin on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage, but she tried to pull her wrist away when the officer grabbed it.
According to the documents, the officer pulled back on her wrist, and as he pulled her closer, Fellin grabbed the officer by the scrotum and squeezed, "causing him pain."
Fellin was then placed on the ground, at which she tried to bite the officer's wrist, the documents state.
The arresting officer, in addition to the squeezed grapes, also received multiple scratches on his arm during the arrest, and court documents note that Fellin has prior charges and convictions for resisting arrest.
