Texas Teacher Kelly Garcia 'Mentored' 16-Year-Old Female Student with Sex Toys and Graphic Lesbian Sexual Encounters

It has happened again, a Texas teacher has been arrested for having sex with a 16-year-old student. In this case, the Alief ISD teacher’s victim of choice was a female student.

Kelly Ann Garcia, 29, posted a $60,000 bond late Thursday.

Local news reporters tried to get a statement from Garcia, as she was released from the Harris County

According to investigators, the girl-on-girl sexual encounters between Garcia and the 16-year-old girl were very graphic.

The mother of the victim said that Garcia wanted to “mentor” her daughter.

The sexual relationship came to light, after the girl’s father caught the two at a public park.

“He was outraged and disappointed and called 911,” she explained.

Police said her daughter was not even in Garcia’s classroom at Hastings High School. According to documents, the two met through a mutual friend and began to get close.

Investigators allege Garcia would stay with the 16-year-old after school while the teenager was working on a classroom project.

The relationship reportedly began to spark after a meeting at Starbucks on March 21st. That is when, according to court documents, Garcia told the teen she had a romantic dream about her.

The 16-year-old’s mother believes her daughter was taken advantage of and still doesn’t know it.

“She just barely turned 16. At that age, you don’t know what you’re doing, what you’re getting yourself into,” added the mother.

Police say Garcia took the girl to her apartment on numerous occasions.

Most of the details in documents are too graphic to release, according to prosecutors. However, there is one incident that has been leaked.

“The allegation is that they did, in fact, drive to a store and purchase a sex toy and drove back to the defendant’s apartment where they engaged in sex,” said prosecutor Markay Stroud.

Garcia is charged with indecency with a child and sexual assault of a child. She has been ordered to stay away from the 16-year-old girl.

Meet Benjamin Greene, a 22-year-old North Carolina man who police jailed after he allegedly tried to shoplift a Miley Cyrus blow up doll.

According to authorities in Spartanburg, Greene was inside a Spencer Gifts retail store on December 11, when a cashier saw Greene remove a 'Finally Mylie Lovedoll' from its packaging and place it inside his coat.

Investigators say Greene made it past all points of sale before being stopped by the employee.

After the employee demanded that the doll be returned, Greene opened his jacket which allowed the doll to drop to the floor.

The doll is distributed by Pipedream Products. Actually, the doll does not look like Miley Cyrus. Instead, the doll resembles a generic blow up doll with a hollowed out mouth. Spencer Gifts sells the item in their stores for $19.99.

Greene was booked into the Spartanburg County Jail and charged with a misdemeanor count of shoplifting. He was released without bond.

I often think traffic is a bitch in my city. But it’s really a bitch in St. Paul, especially if you are driving anywhere near Brian Wutschke. The 45-year-old man was jailed Wednesday after fellow drivers called police reporting Wutschke was performing oral sex on a dildo while driving in traffic.

It gets worse…trust me.

St. Paul police caught-up to Wutschke, who was driving a red truck. Once the officers pulled the red truck over, the driver was verified as Brian Wutschke. During a search of the vehicle, officers found several pairs of women's panties draped over the vehicle's gear shift and rear view mirror.

During a pat-down search on Wutschke, police could feel something vibrating that seemed to be coming from inside Wutschke's pants. That's when Wutschke told officers that he had inserted a vibrating sex toy into his anus.

While transporting Wutschke to jail, officers could hear the device still vibrating against the seat of the police cruiser. The device was finally removed at the jail, however deputies refused to turn it off.

Deputy watch commander Eric Anderson said, "They'll just let the batteries run out. They'll be talking about this one for a while.”

Wutschke was booked into the Ramsey County Jail and charged with indecent exposure and obscene materials and performance. The charge was later reduced to indecent conduct by the city prosecutor's office.

California Teacher Melody Carter-McCabe Had a Vibe: Busted for Sexing Student and Purple Vibrator

Police arrested the 27-year-old agriculture teacher at Livingston High School, after they say she was working on fertilization with a 15-year-old student.

According to authorities, they launched an investigation in March after rumors began circulating around the school of an alleged sexual relationship between Carter-McCabe and the 15-year-old student. Investigators say the relationship began in September, 2010 and lasted until August, 2011. The pair reportedly became close when Carter-McCabe began mentoring the student through Future Farmers of America (FFA).

According to statements from the student, he frequently visited the teacher’s home and that he and his teacher engaged in sex more than 50 times during the course of the relationship.

Police and prosecutors have gathered a large number of photographs and messages exchanged between Carter-McCabe from the year-long relationship.

The student also told detectives that he began visiting the teacher’s home and helping out with yard work. During one of his visits, he admitted to kissing the teacher as the two worked in her yard. Two weeks later, the couple began to have sex on a regular basis.

The relationship reportedly came to an end in 2011 when the couple decided that their age difference would make it impossible to be together until he was older.

In addition to the photos, police also confiscated a purple vibrator that Carter-McCabe allowed the student to use on her. During a search, police discovered the sex toy in a nightstand at the teacher's home. The student also showed police photographs of the teacher in her panties on his cell phone.

Carter-McCabe was booked into jail and charged with nine felony counts of unlawful sex with a minor. Her bail was set at $250,000.
