I know a lot of guys wouldn’t mind having a strange woman in bed with them in most cases. However, when 26-year-old Melody Lehigh climbed into bed with her neighbor, she was bringing baggage along – in the form of police officers.
Police originally responded to an apartment building following a report of people fighting. Melody L. Lehigh was involved in a physical and verbal altercation with her boyfriend. Before the cops could get to her, she crawled out a bathroom window to avoid being arrested.
According to authorities, Lehigh then jumped onto a balcony and attempted to hide from police. When officers spotted her on the balcony, she head-butted a second floor window, climbed into another apartment and into bed with the neighbor, police said.
The neighbor awoke and confirmed to police that Lehigh did not belong in his room (but you know he copped a feel, right)?
Lehigh, however, had a little fight left in her when police tried to arrest her. Lehigh resisted and kicked the officer's legs and groin several times, according to court documents.
Lehigh learned the hard way that kicking an officer in the nuts will usually result in at least a good tasering.
Lehigh is facing numerous charges including aggravated assault, criminal trespass, burglary and resisting arrest.
She is in York County Prison on $30,000 bail.
Lehigh had three warrants out for her arrest for harassment, according to court documents.
