Jevon Gunn: Just Another Upskirtin' Pervertin' Douchebag in Texas

Houston, Texas

A Texas man was really gearing-up for Halloween, collecting a number of treats to treasure by way of his cell phone camera.

Jevon Gunn, 30, has been charged with improper photography/visual recording after police say he used his cell phone to record up a co-worker’s dress in an elevator at a Houston hospital.

Gunn admitted to recording up the skirt of the woman in the elevator on Oct. 8. He allegedly was engaging in a practice called "upskirting" and told police he wanted to send the images to a pornographic website that showcases people stalking women and recording the video, as well as pictures. And apparently, Gunn isn’t that bright either. He went on to tell police that he had recorded eight women at the Medical Center over the course of three months. Cops say, however, when they looked at his smartphone they found more than 30 images.

Gunn was an employee at the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Surveiilance video confirmed Gunn’s upskirting adventure in the elevator.

"Just because they're targeting a whole bunch of people doesn't mean you're not being targeted individually," said University of Texas Police investigator Stefan Happ. "It is not a victimless crime. It is a sex crime."

Hospital officials said Gunn has been terminated from his job there The case is being handed over to the Harris County DA.

Darrell Nathan Fuller is The Latest Upskirt Photo-Takin’ Pervert in Texas

Houston, Texas

I have to ask, just what the fuck is going on in Texas? It looks like yet another douchebag has been busted for improper photography, after being caught taking upskirt photos.

That list of Texans includes:

Texas A&M University-Kingsville athletic director Brian DeAngelis, who was caught pervin’ in Walmart. There was Tevin Marks, owner of On Your Marks Productions, who was pervin’ in restrooms. Damien Terrion Williams liked to go pervin’ at Target. And of course, Michael Sewell who went all YouTube crazy.

Darrell Nathan Fuller, 37, is the latest douche. Fuller is accused of capturing photos of fellow employees. It was a software upgrade at the medical device company in Clear Lake where Fuller works that led to his arrest.

Investigators say Fuller drilled a hole into his desk and planted a camera at a low angle to record women who sat down across from him.

Once busted, Fuller admitted to police that he targeted two to three female employees for about two months. Investigators also discovered DVDs containing pornographic videos and photos were found in his office. They also found upskirt photos taken from nearby Baybrook Mall and other stores.

Fuller has been charged with improper photography/visual recording. Court documents state multiple files were found on his work computer and phone on September 28. Investigators say Fuller drilled a hole into his desk and planted a camera at a low angle to record women who sat down across from him.

They also say they found pictures of young women taken in the Baybrook Mall and other stores.

Fuller’s bond was set at $2,000.

Who Knew Texas A&M Kingsville Athletic Director Brian DeAngelis Was a Pedo? Busted Taking Upskirt Photos of 14-Year-Old Girl in Walmart

Kingsville, Texas

The latest story from the improper photography files of Texas involves the former Texas A&M University-Kingsville athletic director Brian DeAngelis. It seems he was doing a little more than saving money and living better during a recent visit to a San Antonio-area Walmart. Cops busted DeAngelis for filming up a 14-year-old girl’s dress.

The 39-year-old DeAngelis has been charged with improper photography and video recording, a state jail felony, according to San Antonio police.

He resigned Wednesday as Texas A&M University-Kingsville’s athletic director after nearly six weeks on the job.

According to a police report, a San Antonio officer was sent about 2 p.m. to the store for an unrelated call when he saw a man running out.

As the officer questioned the man, who they later identified as DeAngelis, a woman ran up and provided a reason for DeAngelis attempting a 100 yard dash from the store. She told the officer the man had taken inappropriate pictures of her 14-year-old daughter. The woman said DeAngelis stuck his leg under her daughter’s dress and the woman noticed a camera attached to his shoe.

DeAngelis told police he was tying his shoe. However, when the officer inspected the cell phone, he discovered several blurry images of the inside of grocery stores in the image gallery.

After clicking on a video, the officer reported seeing a woman’s dress and later her undergarments, according to police.

DeAngelis was released from the Bexar County Jail on $5,000 bail, jail officials said.

DeAngelis has a hearing scheduled for November, in 227th District Court, according to the Bexar County District Clerk’s office.

He recently returned to South Texas after working more than five years as athletic director for East Central University in Oklahoma. Before that, DeAngelis spent seven years at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi serving in various roles in the athletic department. He is married with two daughters.

What is it with them darned-tootin' Texans and their improper photography? Is this how they fill their time between huntin' season?

If you happen to be down in Texas, getting ready to shop at Target in East Austin, it might be a good idea to wear slacks. That’s because Damien Terrion Williams, 27, has been lurking with a cell phone. It seems Mr. Williams has a particular fondness with taking upskirt photos of unsuspecting women.

Fortunately, store security was not unsuspecting and called police. After reviewing surveillance video, Damien Williams was taken into custody.
